This workshop focuses on online analytics and metrics and how you can use them to learn more about who your visitors are, what they are doing on your website and move them to act.
Measurable Results with Web Analytics will focus on the following areas:
- Google Analytics – Learn what one of the best (and free!) tools on the web can do for you, your website and your business.
- Web Analytics Alternatives- While Google Analytics is a free tool, sometimes we need a little bit more power and functionality. We'll explore other options including Peformable and KISSmetrics.
- Lifecyle Marketing - We'll explore lifecycle marketing and how it can be done with Performable and KISSMetrics. This includes customer segmentation, responding to actions that customers take and helping you to optimize your marketing, sales and customer service across multiple online channels.
- Best Practices and Case Studies: We'll take a look at common use cases the advanced features of Google Analytics as well as reasons and examples for using other tools like Performable and KISSmetrics.
