A new logo project for a construction company, which should be obvious from the name.

Cam is the name of the founder, short for Cameron. Didn’t want any cliché icons or imagery for this. Brief was for a strong, bold but stylish logomark that was not just about dirt and cement, but also showed and demonstrated pride and organisation in what they do.

The logomark is made from two interlock custom letter C’s. Ensuring a secure and close reassuring fit. Whilst the colour is meant to indicate safety and visibility both on site and on signing and marketing materials.

The font is also kerned tightly so that each letter where possible is touching to provide yet another indication on the association with solid and safe constructions.

The tag line I devised to be a one, two three movement of critical words that reinforces what the company stands for.

Logo for Brand Identity Agency.

So many logos with so many leaves. So trying to find a ‘fresh’ take/idea that allowed the leaf to be an integral part of the logo, rather than just a bolt on, was essential.

Find the right font for this was crucial, one that flowed correctly and allowed me to shape the leaf and stem to match the flow of the font.

Plus the ‘id’ makes a great icon and favicon etc.
