Washington, DC (PRWEB) August 31, 2011

Visionary interior and event design specialist, Krista Stokes, just launched a new website created by D.C. area web design firm, Blue Water Media. Sporting non-traditional but highly efficient navigation, bright colors, high quality imagery and the Joomla content management system (CMS), http://www.kristastokes.com perfectly reflects Krista?s lively and unconventional approach to design and life. The Blue Water Media web design and development team has built the ideal platform to help Krista inspire clients to create and inhabit emotional and physical spaces they love.

The headline on the homepage reads ?Find Your Inner Style? and everything about the site content and design supports this message. Vertically displayed navigation bars provide visual reinforcement to her unconventional approach to interior d?cor, styling and personal shopping and mentoring. High quality images displaying past home design projects on the ?Everybody Likes Pictures? page enhance her credibility as a designer. Even her blog, entitled ?Projects & Random Obsessions? imbues the site with an eccentric yet utterly inviting and accessible tone.

Blue Water Media?s implementation of the award-winning Joomla content management system will allow Krista to expand and edit her website independently of Blue Water Media, making it easy for her to add new content as her business continues to grow. Combined with the compelling visual layout and content, the CMS ensures the site will remain an up to date resource on all things design related, helping Krista continue to spread her advice on how to live an ?extraordinary ordinary life?.
